MAKE A PURCHASE

Aboriginal Art World offers two options to purchase aboriginal artworks shown on our website.

Option 1 - Purchasing Immediately

If you have made your decision to purchase one of our artworks and wish to proceed immediately, please email us at sales@aboriginal-art-world.com.au or telephone us on + 61 (0) 2 9555 7060 or + 61 (0) 417 745 211 and one of our staff will contact you/discuss your order and organise the practicalities of payment and delivery. See below for a guide.

Option 2 - Arrange a Private Viewing of Available Works:

If you are interested in one or a series of artworks, Aboriginal Art World offers two possibilities:

• you can come to us and view the works live; or
• we can arrange for one of our representatives to visit you and show you the piece that you are interested in and, should you desire, a variety of other pieces. We have representatives throughout Australia, Japan, North America and Europe.

If you wish to arrange a private viewing, there is no obligation to purchase and all costs of "us coming to you" are paid by Aboriginal Art World.

Practicalities

Once you have made your choice:

• Aboriginal Art World will ship your chosen artwork following the receipt and bank clearance of the sale price either via cheque, money order or bank transfer
• costs of shipping and insurance are added to the sale price and will be confirmed to you in advance
• all prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST (Australian consumption tax). If the artwork is to be delivered outside Australia, this tax is not payable. However, you may be required to pay customs, duty and port charges in the country where the art is delivered. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility and the buyer should make their own enquiries.

What you receive:

• the art will be delivered to you unframed as this is the most practical form of shipment
• a Certificate of Authenticity from Aboriginal Art World
• where available, photographs of the artists creating the work and of the artist with the completed work

Returns and Refunds

Aboriginal Art World will provide a full refund of the sales price if the product delivered was inaccurately described. You must inform us of any claim for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all images are professionally photographed in order to portray the pieces as accurately as possible.
